Explicit consent for The Club forum
Posts, comments and poll answers you share in The Club may contain information about your health and sexual life. Under article 6 of Law No. 6698 this is special-category personal data and may only be processed with your explicit consent.
What you consent to
- [COMPANY NAME] storing the content you share in The Club and showing it to other members in order to provide the community service.
- Authorised moderators reviewing content for compliance with the community rules.
How it is protected
- Content is stored encrypted, is closed to search engines and is visible to signed-in members only.
- Your forum activity is never linked to your shopping history.
- Anonymous posts do not show your nickname to other members.
Withdrawing consent
This consent is optional; without it your membership still works, you just cannot enter The Club. You can withdraw it at any time under My account > Privacy. When you withdraw, your forum access is closed and you can request deletion of your content. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
